Review 11/27/2007
|
In 2007, a Purity Medical Rep called our office and stated that we had a standing order with them and if it was ok for them to ship. Having a new employee doing the ordering, she did not know that Purity was lying to her. She authorized the order and we were charged almost $1000.00. Purity then called again and stated that we had to place 2 more orders to complete our "Obligation". When we informed them that we would not be ordering from them any longer, due to their deceptive business practices, they kept calling. Their calls became rude and disruptive to our practice. I would recommend, based on first hand experience, that all offices should avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest and, simply put, they are telemarketers.
