This school administrator's bad attitude is a direct reflection of the low quality of instruction and lack of service you can expect to receive here. This Miss Ahn who is the "school administrator" or more accurately, the spoiled daughter of the school's owner doesn't seem to realize that she is ultimately in the customer service/sales business and that she should act accordingly. When I stopped by their hole-in-the-wall office to pick up a simple blank form, the receptionist was on a call with two or three lines holding and another enrollment "counselor"/sales rep was also on the phone. After waiting for awhile, I asked this Miss Ahn for this form since she was the only one not doing anything. She angrily tells me that I should wait and that she doesn't know where the form is...Oh, excuse me for interrupting your facebook time, and as the administrator, shouldn't you know where forms are? She was lying of course, so she could make me continue to wait and completely disrespect my valuable time.
Central Nursing College is your typical vocational "school", more interested in selling you their 30K program than following through with the quality instruction and placement they promise. After all, once you're signed up, they get federal funds and you have to pay or pay back 30K. If you're able to complete the program, pray to God that you'll get that $18 per hour job fast, because you'll be paying back money for a long time. Since this school is also struggling for lack of enrollment, you would think this Miss Ahn, the "school administrator" would take every opportunity to pick up the slack when the receptionist or other sales reps are busy. There's no telling how many enrollments they lose just because someone has to wait on hold on the phone or at the front desk (first impressions are important)...and especially if you are the owner's daughter, you would think that's even more of a reason to help your team when things get busy. Get up off your behind and set an example and show you care about your customers and your family's business, Miss Ahn!...facebook can wait.
If this was my business and you were my daughter (and you are about that age), I would immediately suspend you, send you to your room, and teach you how to behave in a sales/customer-based business before I let you out again. Word-of-mouth travels fast and far, especially in Koreatown circles.
