Review 2/11/2009

In January 2009, my HP pavilion ze4900 went DEAD. The unit, a laptop built in 2002, overheated and blew out it's internal power regulator after running slower and slower. I took it in to Central Computers Newark California store for there $139.00 any Laptop Computer Repair. They asked me what had happened, took a $30.00 non refundable deposit, Gave me my claim form filled out with what I dropped off and said they would call me, if it was anything more than a repair. The replacement of a Motherboard, CPU or battery would be extra. They called me the next day and told me that they had fixed the power problem, but, the slow CPU could be repaced fo $30.00. I agreed and they replaced my 1.3 gz Intel Celeron "m" with a 1.5 gz Intel Perntium M. It runs faster and cooler, Plays HD Videos without skipping so it runs "BETTER THAN NEW". They went the extra Mile to give me more Value While they had it in the shop.
