In the year and a half that I lived at Centennial Properties I never once spoke with or heard from the manager. Once we moved out I had a problem with the deposit that was supposed to be returned to us. I was told one thing by one person and something totally different by another. I had pictures and documents to back up my argument and when I asked to speak to the manager he refused to speak to me. He said to the receptionist " I am not willing to speak to her, tell her to take me to court if she wishes". What does that say not only about their manager but their company. They could care less about their residents. I worked in the leasing business for a few years and that is completely oposite of the way you are supposed to lease apartments. Very dissapointed!
