2nd loan twice burned

We thought this was a reputable company. Having said that the first go around was rocky and the appraiser they worked with made major mistakes on our property description. Fortunately, it still was valued way above our loan amount. Albert Choi offered a few months later to get us a better rate and no cost. Again some rock times but we signed the loan docs and thought all was good. One week later we get an email that they need more documents from us to fund the loan. We were on a long vacation that now I had to fly back home to get the documents together and send again. Would never, NO NEVER recommend CASHCALL to any of my clients or friends. One star is 10 too many for this lame excuse for home finance.
