On 8/12/10, I order the wrong part from this company and promptly canceled. On 8/17/10, I ordered the right part. It is 8/27/10, and I have yet to receive my part, or my refund from the original mix-up. The policy states that refunds can take up to 21 days, it has been 25 days. I haven't heard one word from this company, either to confirm shipment, or anything period. Have attempted to contact several times, and no response only a automated voice-mail system. SAVE yourself from being stolen from and find another company, or better yet go to a salvage yard, that's what I had to do.
