Call Connect Leads has provided our company with leads for 90 days now. I am truly impressed by the quality of their staff and the customer service provided to us as their client. I have used a number of their competitors previously, and I have always been dissatisfied with their competitors poor follow through and lack of attention to detail.
When I call CCL's Customer Service Department, I am treated with respect and they listen to my questions and always provide me with accurate information and timely resolution to any issues that pop-up. Let's be honest, not all leads are good, and CCL is very prompt with crediting for bad leads. The previous lead generation company that I used would take over two weeks to issue a lead credit. Call Connect is prompt, the only time that I have waited more than a day for a credit to be issued is when I requested it on the weekend. However, their Customer Service Department is closed on the weekends, so that makes sense.
As for lead quality, Call Connect "SCREENS" all calls. The leads are not "VERIFIED" and there is a BIG difference. Contractors should manage their expectation with that fact in mind. Unlike their competitors, I have never dialed the leads phone number and heard "Pizza Place." CCL will not set your appointments, or anything like that, but then again, if they did that lead would certainly cost you more than $45.
