I have had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased some sheets from their representative Mary Sherlock at the Seattle Gift Show. The writing on the sheets said in big letters that they are 1000 thread count. Then when I got home and opened the package I noticed they don't feel like 1000 thread count sheets. I looked more closely at the label and in very small print on the package it said "feels as" and then in large letters "1000 thread count and Egyptian Cotton." It's completely misleading! I called the number listed for Mary Sherlock on the business card she gave me but the mailbox is full. The receipt says I have only 10 days for returns but obviously I wont make the deadline if no one's going to answer my calls. It would be great to get a refund but it seems the company did not respond to other complaints.
