I've been dealing with CIG Financial since 2006.I have to call them every month to pay my car note.On May 4th,I called CIG at 10am and typed in the same extension I've been tpying since 2006 and it went straight to voicemail.I tried again later and the same thing occurred.May 5th, I tried again at 9am.Again,it went straight to voicemail. So I left one explaining how I needed to pay my car note and I didn't want my car payment to be late. I hung up,called again and tried typing in a random extension just to see if some could help me.I was on hold for about seven minutes.The operator said that all extensions were busy and sent me to voicemail. You can also make your payment through Western Union and they'll wire your payment to CIG.So on May 5th,I made my car payment to Western Union.All though no one is answering the phones at CIG,if you type in your social,the operator will tell you the status of your account.I've been calling and checking the status of my account by my account as not yet been updated,but the money was taken out of my account.
