I got the UBMS recently and have been really happy with the customer service. I haven't made it through all the system yet - there's a lot here. But, what I have previewed is more than really cool I think it's going to make a huge difference to my business this year. I own quite a few different self-paced libraries and so far I'm really impressed with what's here. I recommend the group - everything I've seen is great so far.
