Ken Holmes came out and looked over our complex and advised us to not fumigate as there was no activity to be seen. I previously had another company come out and check the same complex a few days earlier and while they did not fin any termites, they started giving us option to fumigate. Ken was honest and let me know that if it was his home he would not waste money needlessly on fumigation. So now I am referring him to a friend who does have visible termites present and will probably need to fumigate. It is great to see honest businessmen out there today.
