Not a competitor...
|
Hmm... not sure what the problem is, except for obvious competitors of theirs posting fake bad reviews (like the one by "Jack M" a few posts below mine, on 11/21/2011). I was a client of theirs a while ago and was happy with results. They contacted me a few days ago and asked me to write a review, because my campaign was apparently one that that is sold very rarely... the $6000 one... which is what the other reviewer is complaining of. The catch is, I was the last one to buy that campaign, and it was 2 years ago. Plus, if I were not happy, I would not say "the stations were not contacted". I would do what I did, and that is to call the stations and and ask the program directors if they ever got contacted about my music. The program directers that I did talk to said yes. Not every week, but they did get calls. Some said they got emails too. And these, by the way, were ones that did not play my music, which is why I called them. When I asked them why they didn't play it, most said because they want billboard charting first. I guess I probably talked to about ten of them, but man it took weeks and lots of tries just to get that many. At first I talked to a lot of music directors and receptionists, and then I asked my contact at farrish why they did not know about me, and I was told that they dont' pitch to those people because those people can't do what we want. So after focusing on program directors only, I was satisfied. Anyway what I did get was many playlists with me on it (next to major artists), and many emails directly from stations saying they were playing me. If I were unhappy like "Jack M" posted on 11/21/2011, I would not wait over two years to complain. And my contact at farrish said that they never even had a music client name Jack, ever.
