I am more than happy to retract this statement and be wrong about the validity of this business. However, their communication with clients needs to be much clearer and direct. They have promised since November to have a check cut on dec 15th and then again on Jan 15th. So after many phone calls and run around excuses I decided to take the only proactive action a consumer has when dealing with a business who is not following through with their agreement; Go to the internet and Write a review!
Until reading this review themselves, they never once!! said anything about a 61 day waiting period!! Only promises of a check that never came. Yet another promise was made again today, Friday Jan 22 after my business partner called them for the 4th time just this week regarding payment. They promised to cut it on Monday. And they expect me to just believe them now. They've said this how many times??
And now we're just finding out that why yes, we do pay for their service out of what was owed us. Which of course is not a big deal if they would have stated that right up front instead of saying it was added to collection and that we wouldn't pay a dime.
It's just seems story after story. I am very open to being wrong about this company. I'll repost and let you know.
