Called their office a while back after my Dad had some problems. Michelle was super helpful. I was ready to drive off and leave him; he was being really nasty mainly because of his dimentia. She helped me see things from a different perspective. I returned and have signed on to have someone from Bright Star come over and help Dad out. I just cant do it anymore. He seems happier with the caregiver then he is with me. Michelle is terrific! I wish I had called them sooner.
