Unprofessional and Explosive bully

This is a ZERO star rating on customer service. I finally got through to a manager and kindly told him they missed the two scheduled appointments and he offered to schedule someone to come out today. I told him I would rather have a refund since we already went down that road twice before. Then I offered a suggestion that in the future he have their field guys know the schedule and to notify appointments if they were running late or couldn't make it. The manager exploded and yelled, "I'm not going to listen to you about how to run my business!" and, "you're house is going to be eaten away by termites and no company will start service with you without tenting..." Unbelievable! This business is pulling the scare tactic bully move? Mind you, I spoke calmly and was just offering a business critique. Those choice of words just cost them two service cancellations. They schedule two to four-hour time frames and don't show, don't call and don't answer their phones. They explode and threaten you if you cancel service. I wasted two days waiting for these guys to show up and they don't even have the courtesy to call and say they won't show. They put their phones on answering machine and don't return calls. I'm getting my money back and moving on to another company. They used to be more apologetic when they ran late in the past and made sure we were the first customer in the next scheduled appointment -- that was when they actually answered their phone.
