Personally i do not have anything good to say about this company. I ordered service on a Thursday and my credit card info was taken and charged. Thursday of the following week came and still no service. I made calls daily to Blue Casa and every time the said, "Today" "Today". Finally a supervisor ran some test and, they said a tech needs to go out and check, it's a problem on our side. But then they turned there story and said it was my house. I was upset because, they were trying to charge me additional $75.00. I said i will cancel the service, but keep in mind i still didn't have service! They said ok service will be cancelled, but you will not get a REFUND but you will still get a bill for $48.00, for installation. So i paid $68.00 for nothing!!! Thank You Blue Casa your the WORST! OH just so you know a friend of mine had the same problem.
