They all lie. I ordered this service around the 12th of July. The rep told me that it would only take about 4 days to be activated , she said if its not on by then to call back. So I called back on monday the 18th to see why it wasn't on yet. The rep then told me that it would be 7-10 days I told him that I was told 4 days and he said that was incorrect informaiton. he said in fact it takes 7-10 days from when your payment post and your payment post on friday. I was seriously annoyed. I called again about a week later and asked them exactly when is my phone going to be on because I kee getting incoming calls from the phone line asking for a certain person but I couldnt make calls from the line or call to it myself..Weird!! He said it would be no later then the 29th of July because only business days count and that I keep getting call because the acct is partly activated (whatever that means).. Today is the 30th and still no service. I called today and the lady tried to feed me the 7-10 day mess I told her NO! its been more then 7-10 days. She put me on hold for a while then came back and said It will be actived on aug 1st and she told me I had to take down a new number from which they originally gave me. WOW! they are a mess.. I told her that if my phone is not on by then I will contact the BBB , and I will, because they have bad customer service and need to stop lying. Also they give us the run around and what do we get an apology? NO! that dont make me happy. Credit my account or something. Keep the apology and fix the service. And I'm a new customer ! Already starting off bad.
