My 21 year old daughter went into the Moreno Valley branch of this buisiness asking for a job application. Alfred Mota bullied, harassased, intimindated and confused her into signing up for a cell phone plan. She kept telling him she already had a phone and a plan but the phone was off because she could not afford it as she did not have a job. He kept telling her she could not get a job without a cell phone and that he would put in a good word with the manager if she got the plan. She did not even completly understand what had happened until I got home and looked at the paperwork! Obviously we are returning the phone and cancelling the plan, hopefully with no dings to her bank account. I am thoroghly disgusted over the aggressive sales manner and how they took advantage of my daughters naivity and desperation for a job!
