Worst Customer Service Ever!!

Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. I order a Christmas gift for my daughter that was suppose to be delivered today but apparently is now lost in transit. I called the customer service department and a woman by the name of Joanne who refused to provide me with her Rep number “she said it’s for her privacy” whatever that means. However, I provided her my account number to check the status of my gift because the package has not been delivered. Instead of trying to assist me with this matter, she advised me to contact UPS because there is nothing she could do. I then ask to speak with a Supervisor and Joanne is telling me there is no Supervisor available not even a Lead. I respectfully let Joanne know I will wait for the Supervisor so now every 5 minutes she will get on the phone to let me know there is no Supervisor available and I should call back. I also forgot to mention she kept saying ”Anyways” when speaking to me. I did let Joanne know her customer service is terrible and she needs some additional training when speaking with us customers. I’m writing this complaint while waiting to speak with the Supervisor after being on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes. I wish I could give them a negative one star. I really like to speak with someone.
