Horrible customer service
|
I have been trying to reach customer support for two days. Waited on hold for over an hour yesterday, then pressed an option to have them call me. They never did. Today I called again and chose the call back option. Still waiting after two hours. Phone recording says they have a live chat option. They don’t! Sent e-mail. Automated reply says it will take “5 to 7 days” to hear from them.
