I purchased a patio umbrella, hand crank, from Best Choice Products through
amazon, last year at the end of the season 2016.
This month, April 2017, with good weather approaching I put the umbrella up only to find out that the hand crank doesn't work. The string that allows the crank to work was just stuffed inside the pole.
I notified Amazon who in turn notifies Best Choice Products for a replacement or refund.
I have not received either one or any message from Best Choice Products.
I will not be buying anything else through Amazon or so called Best Choice Products in the future.
