In the past few months that I've had the misfortune of having to deal with this company I've received nothing but incompetance, ignorance, uncooperative and rudness. From the receptionst/clerk (especially the younger latino one with the loud mouth) and her immediate supervisor who practiacally assaulted me after yelling at me when I tried to have a normal conversation about my complaint.
He continued to talk over me and did not allow me to talk so when I continued talking to get my point across he yelled at me then stood up as if to assault me then told me I was wasting his time because he had a meeting to go to and that if I needed my refund for change of locks which they refused to do immediately after a break in/robbery/felony I never received a phone call or follow up after several in person and call requests for an update. More than 7 calls and 3 in person. Nobody ever knew anything and all I was told to do is to fill out a form and file a complaint. The supervisor DEMANDED that I do his employees job and find a copy of the filed receipts that I submitted 3 months prior.
I spoke to a DA, Detective and Police Officer, they were ALL suprised at this companies unwillingness to immediately change the locks at my apartment had been broken into. They all stated that, that should have taken precedence over other appoints that other customers had.
No responses. No follow ups. Rudeness and severe lack of customer service skills.
Avoid business with these people at all costs. All they want is your money and then they want nothing to do with you.
They need to be shut down.
