This company took my dog that I could no longer keep, much to my heartache. They promised to keep all her things with her which included toys, a blanket, leashes, a collar, a harness, food for a month, 5 months of frontline and a 200 dollar "donation" for her care. I kept in touch with the company every week asking how she was adjusting and how her care was. They responded each time that she was sad and adjustment would be slow. They had her for 4 weeks. They emailed last night demanding that we pick her up at 10 in the morning as she had bitten a volunteer. After phone calls all night and day they finally picked up the phone and informed us that "Connie was mad that we weren't there at 10 to get her." Nevermind that it is was 12 hours notice over night and we are a family that works and has jobs and responsibilities. We made arrangement's to foster the dog and asked if they would stay open an hour later so we could drive the hour and a half there. They said no. We got there in time to find the dog locked in a room with no toys, blanket, leash ect. When we asked for her items back they said it was dispersed to other dogs. My dog was also sick. We took her straight to the vet to be informed that had been mistreated the last 4 weeks. She has Kennel cough (deadly to dogs) had lost 5 pounds (only 20 to start out with) and was so dehydrated she needed an IV. She is now on antibiotics and a slow reintroduction of rice and chicken since she had not been being fed properly. All contact to speak with Connie has been ignored. She lied to us and took our money. We have to re-buy everything for the dog. I could not warn people enough about these people. We trusted them and they almost killed our dog. They never once called in the 4 weeks she was there and I was asking about her to tell me of any problems or the horrible abuse they were putting her through. I wish these people would be jailed. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!
