I rely on Be Structured to come up with a solution to my IT issues. They ask the right clarifying questions and offer ways to help. They go above and beyond. They also give sound rationale for why they propose certain solutions in a language that I understand, i.e. non-techy. On that note, I also appreciate how they understand even when I stumble to explain what issues I am dealing with.
