This the letter i wrote to the email address given to on their website which the Manager- Julia- said was DE-activated. so there is no one to get a hold of..

We bought two golden retriever puppies from you on the night of Tuesday Dec 16th_ ( we bought two so they wouldn't be separated since they were brother and sister)even though we have always rescued our other animals we fell in love with them.
Both of the puppies had the worst case of Guardia-parasites ( score of a 4+-- 1 being the least 4 being the most infected)- which they had to both be on medication for 5 days of antibiotics as well as antinflamatories.
every time they pooped greasy running poop,we had to treat it like bioharzard- and wiping each of the dogs bottoms w/ a medical wipe to insure they didn't spread it to my other dog , cat or even my 2 year old that plays in the grass.
Also when we took them to our vet ( Avery Animal Clinic 949-364-0730) the following day, Wed at 11 am, less then 24 hours after buying them Our vet said IN the paper work we got from your store- that the breeders in Mo. gave Daisy the female 3 different de-worming medications- which he said means; the breeders were trying to get rid of some sort of infection-quick so they could ship them off to the pet store- and only gave her the medication for 3 days which is not sufficient time to kill anything our vet stated.
So you bought and sold us a already highly infectious puppy which in turn gave it to her brother-Ranger-the male- since they were in same cage- traveled from MO and in the pet store shared a kennel.
your Mission Viejo store had my husband sign something saying that you will not pay for anything having to due with any sort of parasite--- which i can not believe is even legal to sell infected animals also so unhealthy environment for all your animals and your employees!!
also-- then the pet store manager- Julia she was never at the store and she always was at a soccer game and had her phone turned off, I'm wondering if you know this is how your store is being run.
- and your assistant manager Ward "forgot" ( so he told me) to tell Julia that we had called franticly to let them know about the Guardia in both dogs and also the female -Daisy LEAKING URINE constantly..
Both didn't return our calls for a day- VERY unprofessional- I will never set foot in this store- or ever let anyone let anyone i know buy a animal from this pet store. This has been a terrible experience-
And for the female Daisy leaking urine; On Wed after the first vet visit we had to go to Pets smart and buy a diaper and pads for inside the diaper since we didn't want urine all over our floors or any where for that mater. So we agreed to have her go to your contracted Vets office today-( Camino Pet Hospital-949-559-1404) and have a " die test " done to see if she has a ectopic urider . Which in face she does the left side is not connected right. So the vet there said he will be sending out the X-rays to have a radiologist confirm. We are wanting some answers on how this will be paid for by you, we do understand that you will pay up to 150% of the purchase price- We bought each dog for $1200.00. we do NOT believe in " returning" our dog Daisy or any dog for that matter- to us its like returning a child- impossible. We do not wish to have Camino pet hospital do the surgery since the vet there has only done 6 surgeries in 25 years. We will look into UC Davis and other places we are researching online to get her the best care and surgeon to hopefully aliveate her having to wear diapers and risking her to infections. - the manager said there are NO owners and no one else to talk to besides her. very sad- that why you NEVER buy any animals from a pet store
