Worst Experience Ever! NEVER go to BOA for a mortgage!

Terrible customer service. You have to deal with multiple people, who don\'t answer or return your calls. It is taking almost 2 MONTHS to get approved for a mortgage. We had to ask the seller for an extenstion, might have to ask for another one, since we\'re supposed to close April 30th! We could lose the house over this. Wish we had done more research, and went with another bank.
