Buyer Beware!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I placed a order with B and B Blinds Shutters and Shades on 8-15-2011 for two small shutters and was told it would be 6-8 weeks before I received them.
At the 8 week mark I began to call for a status on my order and was told that the only person that could give me any information was Tim. I left several messages for Tim and he would never return my call.
Since I could not receive a response on my order, on two separate occasions my husband and myself personally went to their place of business to obtain ANY kind of information.
We both were promised by Tim a call back after he contacted his suppliers in "CHINA" with a status. Of course I still was unable to obtain a status on my order.
After three month's of waiting and still no status, I sent a certified letter requesting my deposit back. After verifying that the post office delivered my letter...One week later, I did not even get a response to that.
Once again my husband and myself went to the business to personally talk to Tim to receive my deposit back. Then and only then I was handed an envelope with a check for my deposit.
This company is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the consumer. They by "NO MEANS" practiced what is posted on their website Mission Statement.
I have no idea what the quality of their work is because I never received the product. Their business conduct is very unacceptable and I will think twice about supporting my local small businesses when it comes to any work on my home.
