Misleading/False advertising- This company has the worst infrastructure for customer service and a 3 day strict refund policy. They advertise that you can use their software on mulitiple computers but leave out that they will charge you at least $97 per computer. The customer service support is chat room set up. You don't get to speak to a live person unless you pay a $29.95 VIP fee. This company is not ethical in my opinion.
This is what they advertise on Webwatchernow.com
"Monitor multiple computers from any location
WebWatcher is the ONLY computer monitoring software that lets you monitor as many computers as you want. All other programs are meant to monitor a single computer and despite what they may claim, cannot intelligibly record data from more than one computer. With WebWatcher, you can see computer activity from multiple computers as it happens or look back through all of the recorded data."
Where does it say for only $97 each computer? It doesn't, it implies that when you purchase their software you can monitor several computers. This is false advertising!!!
