I was happy with their software at first. I abruptly stop working properly after about 90 days. When I contacted Tech Support I was told if I sent them another $68 they would send me the new version that would work. When I did a little research online I found a disturbing number of people who have very similar experiences all who were told for $68 they could get their software back up and running. It may just be a percerption issue but I am left with distinct sense that it was not accedential that the software stoped performing as advertised but the $68 new version would fix my problem.
