I purchased the webwatcher software. Used it one month and can't get back in. I was told that I needed to buy an extended download. The cost was $90. This company is ripping people off.
They have record of my purchase and still won't allow me to get back into the program with purchasing the download. I am writing the Better Business Bureau as well.
