they totally screwed up my order, overcharged me and then converted my AmEx charge to a pay-pal payment.
I sent 7 emails and only got robotic auto responses saying someone would call me, they never did.
I managed to find a tel number from the BBB site but that just went straight into voice email and again no reply.
At this point I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the $250.00.
Stay away from this company.
