wow, stay away. I ordered a trailer hitch on 3-1-11 and was told that it would leave the warehouse in about 3 days and that I would have it soon after. On 3-11-11 I contacted autopartsdealer.com and inquired. I was told that the order had not left the warehouse. I requested to cancel and was told that was fine. I received a confirmation email of the refund to my credit card. On 3-15-11 the package arrived at my house. I contacted customer service and tried to explain this to the supervisor named Ben Anguiano. He was rude and arrogant and spoke over me everytime I tried to explain. He informed that I would have to pay the shipping return which was expensive or that he would charge my credit card. Getting no place with him and his rude behavior I finally lost it and told him what I thought of him and hung up. I found the email of refund and tried to speek to him again. Once again he was rude and told me he was charging my card. I informed him that I had already contacted my credit card company and he hung up on me. fortunately, I then got in touch with a reasonable lady in shipping who understood and agreed to send me a return label. I believe that her name was Jackie and she was very professional and helpful. I have inquired with the company as to who I can pass my complaints on to about Ben and have gotten no place. I have ordered many things from vendors on the internet and have never been treated like this before. This Ben guy should be fired as he has no buisness dealing with the public. I have read reviews on other sites where folks have had a similiar experience with Ben. If this is read by Someone in authority with autoparts, I would love to chat with them.
