Return policy was not explained correctly

We are fairly pleased with our Astra Bed, although it was thinner than expected. We could not return it without having to pay out of pocket $300 plus! The bed itself is extremely comfortable, I would have paid extra money in the beginning for a thicker
mattress but now we are stuck with the one we have. Joe at customer service was very arrogant and misleading as well. Our mattress and frame did not ship together and came on different days. The overall excepted waiting time for the bed took longer than told.
Very frustrating experience...Look Out! Please note that this is an honest review and I am not against anybody or the company. I think Astra Beds are a good product and the company can be improved upon by listening to their customers honest reviews. Stating
straight out that customers have to return the mattress at thier own expense if not satisfied is also an honest tip.
