Placed an order, my credit card was charged. Items shipped from MO to the company in FL. According to the tracking number the package was refused by someone at the "loading dock" and then sent back to MO. Emailed them several times with no response, and called "customer service" several times and no one answers and no way to leave a message. Wish I had read the other review on her first!
