We have purchased 3 trucks from Arrow over the last year. We were referred to them by word of mouth from a local company and has been a pleasure to work with them ever since. As an owner of a multi-million dollar company, Tom and Jason have treated us as though we were family and sold my company good quality equipment. I am not sure as to the F rating or what transpired to the grade, but as for the current staff at Arrow of Fontana, my hat goes off to you all. Thank you for being different and listening to my needs and I will for sure be back.
