DO NOT BUY FROM APEX DIGITAL! I cannot express this highly enough. I purchased the 46" Apex Digital flatscreen on Black Friday, we are now going on January 25th and I still cannot set up my TV. I reported the day I purchased the TV and went home to set it up that I was missing the remote, AC Cord, and base screws. I know I am not the only one, yet this company still have an A+ BBB rating. You must be able to purchase this rating for a fee to the BBB because I cannot understand how this company can pass with such a lie. Especially since all comments regarding this company are negative. Anyway I finally received the remote and screws but no AC Cord. And you know why, probably because I didn't know the technical term for AC Cord. I was writing wiring to set up the TV, I guess in TV terminology this must mean cable wire and thus I must contact the cable company. Just love being passed off like I don't know what I am talking about and I love that almost 3 months now and I cannot watch my TV and continuing to waste money on cable in the hopes that I might be able to set it up one day. Below is my complaint to the BBB and just look at the customer service. Thank you for nothing, I know now I should have bought a Sony or from a more reliable company.
