I bought a DT 250 Digital convertor box just about a year ago. The unit had problem after a month of use. I was dealing with the problems up to now. Now, the unit doesn't turn on any more. I call the APEX customer service in a hope that I can get help from them. The APEX customer service told me that I need to pay 30 dollars to get the unit fixed since it is over a one year. I told the customer service that the unit originally cost me 49 dollars. you want my to pay 30 dollars and pay for shipping and handling that you can fix my digital box just to save few dollars. Customer services told me that it is company’s policy. I will never ever purchase any product from APEX. This is a total scam. They just want to rob people by giving a crabby product and then they don't want to take any responsibility for it. I don’t advice anybody to purchase this product.
