The Most Hostile argumentative people I've ever met in the insurance lead business. They are supposed to set up lead appointments where an insurance broker or financial advisers meets with a prospects who want a review of their present assets and or insurance. They set up bogus appointments. In over a dozen appointments I never met anyone who was aware I was coming or that actually lived there. They lied.
They actually blamed me for not filling out a form correctly as the reason why I didn't succeed. Never mind that the address of prospects were wrong, that the people they sent me to see didn't live there, that in one case a home was vacant ---they had the audacity to say it was my fault.
Not only do they abuse people, they never answer their phones, they set up bogus appointments, and then they give you a hard time if you tell hem what Happened, they are HORRIBLE. I am reporting them to the better business bureau... I might as well burned the money I sent them.

Our answer to this entry is very simple! The owner called Mr. Ernest Caponegro and told him that we would be sending him a Full refund for $195.00.(Refund Check on file. The refund cleared his account, on 03/03/2012). Our reason for telling Mr. Caponegro he was getting a full refund was; he would not follow our system. This makes it hard to set appointments; when the agent will not submit a completed weekly schedule and/or his weekly disposition report. he was told numerous times, Just follow the system, and you'll get your appointments. He wouldn't; so we gave him his money back.
