I received a notice in the mail from this company looking very official stating: REPLY BY: REMIT IMMEDIATELY REMIT PAYMENT: $175
The letter then listed an LLC Number and informing me that I needed to submit my Statement of Information with the California Secretary of State. I had already done this. In fact, Legal Zoom did it for me. So make sure you read the whole letter. It doesn't say "you may have already done this" or "if you haven't submitted your documents". It just makes it look like you better do this or else.
Be aware-there is no address or phone number to contact them on their paper work. They provide you with an envelope and the address is a PO box. RED FLAGS all over this one! Pretty sneaky.
