I have to admit when I found out I had sleep apnea, I was a little scared. Then came the process of choosing a company to get my mask and machine. I went to the internet to see what machines and what various companies had to offer. I first found Americare and my search stopped there. I didn't feel the need to go on looking! I spoke with Don S. who was willing to take the time to tell me how their company worked and what machines were available. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had, and let me tell you.. there were a lot of questions!
Don took my insurance information and within 24 hours he had everything ready to go for me! The only decision I had to make was what mask I wanted. Unfortunately the first 2 masks didn't work out. I told them what mask I wanted to try next. I received my 3rd mask choice within a short amount of time. It works wonderfully! I love the fact that they provide automatic shipments for my supplies. Americare aims to please!
Americare is a gracious and curtious company who is actually in business for their customers, not the all mighty profit. They return phone calls immediately or within a couple of hours if they are busy. If there is a problem, they are on the ball to make sure that everything is correct! I have been in customer service for most of my working career, and I know this company is TOP NOTCH! I feel blessed that I chose such a fantastic company to be my CPAP provider.
I am telling everyone I know, even people I don't know about Americare!
