DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICARE! BBB & California Attorney General Complaints

In July 2014 I filed complaints with both the BBB and the California Attorney General's office because they were billing me incorrectly. Lloyd Mote, CEO responded formally to both complaints that my account would be resolved with $0 balance. Now, 9 months later I've just receive another bill for the same device for $1250. There's a reason this company's BBB rating has dropped from A to B-.
