This is more of one of their staff, Christie Bryant-A very rude person. Doesn't listen to clients, very aggressive and insensitive to clients situation. lacks professionalism, lacks cultural sensitivity, prefer to have non-proactive approach in collection, very punitive and creates more problems than solutions. She should be let go! I have followed a lot of what we agreed between ARSI and myself. But when I lost my job, Christie Bryant doesn't seem to understand my present situation and insist of something I cannot fulfill and will result in failure. I had proposed a pro-active approached but she refused. This has happened during the last 2 months.
