This is the first time using AIG and I am very pleased with the way Sandy and Norman handled my appraisal. Not only was it a timely appraisal, but besides being very professional they were both very personable. My confidence in their business stemmed from that. In addition, though not obligated to do so, norman offered me a bit of professional advice to a problem I was having with one of my jewelry pieces. It was much appreciated. I recommend AIG to anyone who takes their jewelry seriously and would prefer not to have to deal with a lot of nonsense that could occur elsewhere.
