Amega is a company with the most amazing products! It's the first time I have ever experienced products that actually do MORE for you than what the company brochures tell you. They really put the phrase "it's better to under promise and over deliver" into action! Not only that, but their Customer Support staff is pretty amazing too... always pleasant and courteous and willing to go the extra mile. They don't rush you to get you off of the phone or out of their office if you came by to pick up a purchase at will call. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will find someone who does. I have found they always "go the extra mile" to help me or one of my friends! Retail stores in the shopping malls could learn a lot from them as to how to handle customers!
