Allied Interstate has been harassing me with threatening phone calls about garnishments. They tried to get me to pay a lump sum payment and said that the rest will be forgiven, but after reading the reviews what should I do? I just started working and they are all ready talking garnishments on me. They won't let me pay what I can afford to pay to them. They told me to get a debit card and put my income tax on it and give them the number. They ask me so many personal questions and I even had one to pull my credit report while she was on the phone with me in hopes to that she could find me making any purchases on the other hand and not paying them. They even went as far as calling my job asking my co-workers all kind of info on me? They were asking my co-workers when was I coming back to work etc... I called them to ask for their address so that I can send a money order in to make a payment and the rep got upset with me yelling at me and even said well, that is going to be your pay check being waged for 25% and hung up on me. When does this ever end? What can I do as a consumer who is trying do? This company does not get three stars from me I just don't know how to edit that!
