I agree with other reviewers. They are not honest business. I became one of their latest victim of their fraud. They lie to me get the merchant service contract signed. Once contract signed, the monthly fee jump 3~4 times, from $10 to $45 because my monthly transaction did not meet their requirement. The company never told me where the requirements were, in the contract. Simply insisted thay I must pay. The only way to get out is to cancel the service. Again, they charged $295 to cancel the service. And the cancellation fee was never mentioned. It took them one day to set up the service but 30~60 days to cancel it. You will need to pay the fee for unused service during the LONG cancellation period.
Another big thing: they pass my bank account to multiple companies without my authorization. Those companies took money from my bank account without notification and without my authorization. I was forced to close my bank account to stop the bleeding.
Then another company Avalon called me the next day after I closed my account. Demanding to pay the cancellation fee.
My lawyer says the contract is unenforceable because they committed a fraud in the first place. But if you don't pay, they send your info to collection agent and start charging interest. So, if you have plenty time to deal with them in the court, you don't pay.
The other approach is that you pay the merchant service (Avalon) the cancellation fee. Then go to small claim court to sue the sale agent (Alliance Bankcard Services). I don't know if you have time to deal with them in the court.
Anyway, the best thing is : move away from them, Don't sign any contract no matter what their sales agent promise to you.
