I was contacted by phone by someone claiming to be a local area manager of the company who services our printer/copier. He advised they would be sending us a manual for the printer/copier we have and that someone from the warehouse would contact us to confirm a good day to deliver it. We did recevie that call a few days later and they confirmed they would be getting us a manual for the printer/copier. At the end of the conversation they advised they would be shipping it (making me wonder why they needed to confirm a good day to deliver...if it wasn't being hand delivered) and then they advised the last time we called them we had tried to purchase toner that was on back order and that the toner was now in stock. They advised they would deliver it with the manual. Here I am 5 days later...The post office delivered an invoice from this company for a CASE of toner, no manual, and thankfully no toner b/c I have no idea who this company is....they def. aren't our printer/copier service company. I called the OBVIOUSLY generic customer service number to notify them we will not be paying this invoice and that we do not/nor will we ever o business with this company. OBVIOUSLY a hoax, I wouldn't do business with them, even if they didn't have a BBB rating of "F".
