Support has been efficient. I have only had to use the support a couple of times when my site was initially setup. Downtime occurred once or twice so far, but only for a short period of time (less than 20 minutes). One time was, however, during a peak time(Friday Night). Otherwise, my site loads quickly, and the forms and scripts are working as intended. I have 3 domains now registered with them and none are having trouble. Good to find them registered with the BBB... relieved some "buyer's remorse" I was starting to feel when reading some reviews elsewhere.
