Do not give this fly-by-night company your credit card info. Cannot emphasize this enough. This company is engaged in bank fraud. Read the contract closely. They will renew their contract with you every year, even if you provide written notice a month in advance that you do not wish to renew the 12-month agreement and you tell them they are not authorized to charge your card. Their attitude is that some customers won't challenge them, so they make a "profit" after dealing with the charge offs.
The fact that a company engaged in systematic bank fraud has a "A-" rating from the BBB is beyond belief. Also, I'm surprised Visa/Mastercard haven't dropped these thieves, they must have more fraud charge offs than actual sales.
Bottom line, avoid them and save yourself some hassle.

While we cannot control internet fraud, we do take it very seriously. Any existing or potential customers should thoroughly read our Terms of Service Agreement (http://lunarpages.com/legal) regularly or prior to creating an account with us. This Agreement is required by all customers prior to activating their account and all are held by it. It is not a ‘fly-by-night’ Agreement that is open to anyone’s interpretation; it is a legal document that we take very seriously. All of the terms referred to in Mike S.’s review are covered by this document.
All cancelation requests are verified by our billing team. If the proper verification is not supplied in the ‘written notice’ provided to us by a customer, we will not cancel the account.
Regarding our attitude about some customers not challenging our billing methods so we can ‘make a profit’, nothing could be farther from the truth. Our business ethics far outweigh this statement which can be evidenced by our 13+ years in business. If we were in the business of bank fraud, we would not have lasted this long, and our business would not be growing.
Mike, I would like to personally apologize to you for the issues/inconveniences you experienced with Lunarpages. I want to assure you that we do care about our customers. I only wish that I would have been in contact with you before you chose to cancel your account to see what it was that we could do to regain your confidence in us.
