Terrible Property Managers

Please stay away from them. Unfortunately when I bought my apartment building, I took my real estate agent's advice to keep the previous property management company as a matter of convenience. As a result, I lost thousands of dollars due to mismanagement and many lies. After being away for some time, I realized that they were charing me double, charging me for full price on new appliances, but installing used one's instead, not collecting rent on time and never paid much attention to the maintenance of the property. I fired them after a year, but the damage was already done and too late. It'c companies like this that give property managers such a bad name.
